Maundy Thursday Holy Week Service - April 9 - 7:00 P.M.:  We will be live streaming our Maundy Thursday Holy Week Service from the Chestnut Level Presbyterian Church sanctuary.   Maundy Thursday is the night in which we remember the new commandment that Jesus gave us in word and deed to love one another, as he washed his disciples’ feet. It is also the night in which he shared a meal with his disciples in what we know as the Last Supper.   This year, we will not have foot washing be part of our service as in years prior. However, we will celebrate the Lord’s Supper, remembering the meal that Jesus Christ shared with his disciples before his death. So, we are asking you to prepare for this service by purchasing bread and grape juice, and to have the elements ready during the service, so that we can have the Lord’s Supper together, even as we are physically apart from each other.
